This first report on a PASSIA Training and Education in International Affairs seminar covers the seminar preparation period, summaries of the lectures, the writing assignments, a project assessment and notes on lecturers and participants. Lectures by foreign and local experts covered issues and case studies related to international law, diplomacy, the role of mass media, foreign ministries and diplomatic missions, and protocol/ceremonial aspects.
